A free booking page that books around your Google Calendar
Send one booking link instead of a list of dates. Clients pick a time your Google Calendar has open, with no account to make.
Create your booking page Free plan, no card, no trial clock.A new client asks when you're free. Instead of offering three dates and waiting, you send one link. They see the times your Google Calendar has open, pick one, and the session goes on both calendars with their answers attached.
From a link to a booked session
- Set your weekly hours and connect Google Calendar, so busy times stay closed.
- Add your session types and the questions you want answered before the call.
- Share the link. Your client picks a time, and the invite goes to you both.
Stop double bookings before they happen
Your diary already lives in Google Calendar, so that's what the page reads. A dentist appointment, the school run, a session booked last week: each busy event closes that time on your page. Add up to ten more calendars shared with your account, like a personal calendar or a class timetable, and they count too.
- Events marked free stay bookable. All-day events block only if you turn that on.
- Each booking goes into the Google calendar you pick, with a Google Meet or your own Zoom link, your client as a guest and their answers in the description.
- If Google can't be read, the page shows no times rather than guessing.
- Google Calendar only for now. Outlook is on the roadmap.
Clients book in their own time zone, with no account
A client in London sees London times, even when you work from Singapore. They pick one, answer your questions and get the invite by email, with no account and nothing to download.
- They can type a time in plain words, like "next Saturday morning".
- The link in their email lets them reschedule or cancel without writing to you.
- Booking a one-to-one session, they can invite up to five guests to it.
Stop back-to-back sessions before they're booked
Three sessions in a row with no gap leaves you no time for notes. Set the rules once and the page keeps them, so clients only see times that pass every one.
- Weekly hours, plus date overrides for holidays and one-off changes.
- A buffer before and after each session, up to an hour each.
- Minimum notice of up to 48 hours, and a limit on how far ahead people can book.
- A daily cap, so a full day closes itself.
- A cancellation window. Inside it, the self-service links close and show how to reach you instead.
Share one link everywhere you talk to clients
New clients find you on WhatsApp, Instagram and email. Answer every one of them with the same link. Pasted into WhatsApp, Telegram or Slack, it shows your page's own title and card.
- Each session type gets its own link, so an intro call and a full session can go to different people.
- Add ?name= and ?email= to the link and the form opens filled in.
- The embed code puts the same page on your website.
Reminder emails go out without you
You and your client each get a reminder email a day before and an hour before the session, with buttons to join, reschedule or cancel. Replies go to your business email, not your calendar account.
- The booking keeps your client's answers and the session files you both add to it.
Make the booking page look like yours
Pick one of four layouts (Classic, Hero, Spotlight or Split) and add a cover photo and your logo. All of that is free. Free pages show a small "Powered by Pick a Time" line at the bottom, and removing it is part of Pro.

Questions people ask
What is a booking page?
A web page that shows the times you can take and lets each person pick one. The session then goes on both calendars, with no emails in between. Yours lives at pick-a-time.app/book/your-name.
What is a booking link?
The web address of your booking page. Each session type also gets its own link, so new people can get the intro-call link and clients the full-session one.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They pick a time and type their name and email. Rescheduling and cancelling work from the link in their email.
Does it work with Outlook or Apple Calendar?
Not on your side yet. Pick a Time reads and writes Google Calendar, and Outlook is on the roadmap. Your clients can use any calendar, because the invite goes to their email.
Why not use Google Calendar's own appointment schedule?
If one booking page covers you, it may be enough. Google's help pages (read 5 November 2026) say a personal Google account gets a single booking page, and that reminder emails and checking more than one calendar need an eligible paid Google Workspace or Google One plan. Pick a Time's free plan has as many pages as you like, reminders, and up to ten extra calendars.
Is it really free?
Yes. There's no booking cap, no trial clock and no card. Pro, the paid plan, adds branding removal, analytics and team routing.
Can I put it on my website?
Yes. Copy the embed code from your dashboard and paste it into your site, either inline or as a button that opens the page.
