Mentoring sessions with a running document channel

Most mentoring runs on a weekly call plus a mess of attachments. The agenda is in WhatsApp, the CV draft is in email, last month's goals are in a doc nobody can find. The channel problem is the real problem. Pick a Time gives each mentee's session series one shared file space that both of you can read and add to.

The series is the channel

When a mentee books a recurring series, every occurrence shares one file space (up to 30 files, 25MB each). Agendas, pre-reads, drafts and photos stay on the thread. Your mentee opens it from their booking link; no account, no new app.

Meetings that fit mentoring hours

Mentoring happens around day jobs. Weekly hours plus date overrides handle the normal case; a mentee who needs a longer session can stretch consecutive open slots into one booking instead of asking you to make a special event type.

Context before the first session

Intake questions on the booking form collect what the mentee wants from the relationship before you first meet. If you record calls with Fireflies, summaries and action items attach to each session afterwards.
