Scheduling for freelancers

A booking page that costs nothing and books everything

Free scheduling for freelancers: unlimited bookings, an embed for your portfolio site, intro-call and working-session links, buffers between calls and files attached to each project call.

Create your booking page Free plan, no card, no trial clock.

Freelancers sit in the worst spot for scheduling tools: enough client calls to need one, not enough margin to pay per seat for it. The free plan here is not a teaser. Unlimited bookings, multiple session lengths, an embeddable widget and per-call file sharing cover the whole client-call workflow without a subscription.

Your site becomes the booking page

Drop the embed widget (inline or popup) on your portfolio site and clients book without leaving it. The snippet generator in the dashboard writes the code for you.

Intro calls and working sessions, separate links

Session types put a free 15-minute intro and a 60-minute working session on one page, each with its own direct link. The intro link goes in cold-outreach emails; the working link goes to signed clients.

Briefs attach to the call

The client's brief, your quote and the revised scope attach to the booking where both of you can find them. The follow-up call three weeks later still has the context.

Space between calls

Buffers keep calls from stacking back to back, minimum notice stops the 9:02 booking for 9:15, and a daily cap keeps deep-work days intact.

Everything in the free plan

The free plan has no booking cap: unlimited bookings, session types on one page, group events with seat counts, recurring series, custom booking questions, date overrides, daily booking caps, email reminders at times you choose, an embed widget, meeting polls, and per-session file sharing.

Questions people ask

What is the catch with the free plan?

The booking page shows a small "Powered by Pick a Time" footer and you do not get analytics or single-use links. Removing the footer is the Pro plan (US$9/mo). There is no booking limit and no trial clock.

Can I take deposits?

Not yet; paid bookings are on the roadmap. Freelancers who need deposits in the booking flow should look at TidyCal (lifetime deal) or Cal.com meanwhile.
