Feature

A whole series booked in one step

Clients book weekly, monthly or yearly repeats until a date you agree. Holiday overrides skip automatically, the series shares one file space, and cancelling the series is one click.

Weekly clients shouldn't book fifteen times. On Pick a Time the booker ticks repeat, picks the cadence and an end date, and every available occurrence books at once — dates you've blocked get skipped instead of erroring.

Calendar-correct repeats

Weekly, monthly or yearly, stepped in your timezone so a 9am session stays 9am across daylight-saving changes. Month-end dates clamp sensibly (Jan 31 monthly lands Feb 28).

Holidays skip themselves

Date overrides mark your break; the series flows around it. No orphan sessions on Christmas morning.

One series, one document channel

The whole series shares a session-files folder and each occurrence still has its own manage link, reminders and calendar event.

Everything else in the free plan

The free plan has no booking cap: unlimited bookings, session types on one page, group events with seat counts, recurring series, custom booking questions, date overrides, daily booking caps, email reminders at times you choose, an embed widget, meeting polls, and per-session file sharing. See pricing for the Pro tier.

Questions people ask

Can the client cancel one occurrence?

Yes — each occurrence has its own manage link. You can also cancel the whole series from your dashboard in one click.

Is this paid on other tools?

Calendly doesn't offer client-booked recurring series; Cal.com and TidyCal do on their paid/lifetime plans. It's free here.
