Coaching and consulting produce paperwork: agendas, worksheets, drafts, recordings. It usually scatters across WhatsApp, email threads and three different drives. Session files pin all of it to the booking itself, where the next session can find it.

Both sides can add and download

You attach from the booking card in your dashboard. Your client attaches from their manage-booking link, the same one they use to reschedule. No account, no shared-drive permissions, no new app.

Recurring series share one folder

A weekly mentoring series is one running document channel, up to 30 files. The agenda from week one is still there in week twelve.

Private by default

Files live in private storage; every download is a short-lived signed link available only to you and the person who booked. Up to 10 files per single session, 25MB each; images, video, audio, PDF and office formats.

Everything else in the free plan

The free plan has no booking cap: unlimited bookings, session types on one page, group events with seat counts, recurring series, custom booking questions, date overrides, daily booking caps, email reminders at times you choose, an embed widget, meeting polls, and per-session file sharing. See pricing for the Pro tier.

Questions people ask

Does my client need an account to see files?

No. Their confirmation email links to the booking's manage page; the shared file space is right there.

Who can delete files?

You can remove anything on your bookings; clients can remove their own uploads only.

Does any other scheduler do this?

No mainstream one does — Calendly, Cal.com, TidyCal and SavvyCal all leave documents to email or chat. It's free here.
