Set how late clients can cancel or reschedule themselves (24 or 48 hours is common). Inside the window, the self-service links close and show your contact instructions instead. No debate, no exceptions you did not choose.

A ceiling on your day

Max bookings per day closes remaining slots once you hit your limit, whatever your weekly hours say. Six sessions means six.

Standing clients keep their slot

Weekly recurring bookings hold a client's time. When you take leave, a date override frees the week and the series skips it.

Quiet, predictable emails

Clients get a confirmation, the reminders you configure and nothing else. Reply-to routes to the practice address you choose, not your personal calendar account.
