Get paid when they book, not after
In development: put a price on a session type and clients will pay by card in Stripe Checkout before the slot confirms. Today all bookings are free to make.
Create your booking page Free plan, no card, no trial clock.Unpaid bookings no-show more, and invoicing after the fact is chasing. Paid sessions are in development on the roadmap: you'll put a price on a session type and the booking flow collects payment first — the slot holds while the client pays in Stripe Checkout, then confirms with the receipt, email and calendar event all handled. Until it ships, bookings are free to make and you invoice separately; TidyCal and Cal.com take payment in-flow today.
Prices per session type
A free 15-minute intro and a US$150 strategy hour will live on the same page; each session type carries its own price (or none).
The slot can't be stolen mid-payment
Starting checkout holds the slot. Paying confirms it; walking away releases it within 30 minutes. Nobody double-books a slot someone is paying for.
Stripe handles the card
Payment happens on Stripe's hosted checkout — cards never touch Pick a Time.
Everything else in the free plan
The free plan has no booking cap: unlimited bookings, session types on one page, group events with seat counts, recurring series, custom booking questions, date overrides, daily booking caps, email reminders at times you choose, an embed widget, meeting polls, and per-session file sharing. See pricing for the Pro tier.
