Payment happens on Stripe's hosted checkout — cards never touch Pick a Time. You connect your own Stripe account and the money is yours.

Can a paid booking be refunded?
Refunds run from your Stripe dashboard; cancel the booking in Pick a Time and refund the payment in Stripe.
