Session summaries land on the booking by themselves
Connect Fireflies and each recorded session's AI summary and action items attach to the matching booking. Prep for a client by opening their booking, not searching your inbox.
Create your booking page Free plan, no card, no trial clock. If you record sessions with Fireflies, the notes exist — the problem is where. Summaries pile up in a separate app, disconnected from your calendar. Pick a Time matches each recorded call to its booking by attendee and time, then pins the summary and action items to it.
Connect once, sync per session
Paste your Fireflies API key in the Calendar tab. After a session, sync pulls the summary, action items and a link to the full transcript onto the booking card.
Prep in one click
Thursday's client means opening Thursday's booking: last session's summary and the open action items are already on it, next to the shared session files.
Your key, your data
The API key is stored against your account and used server-side only; clients never see the notes — they are coach-side prep, not shared output.
Everything else in the free plan
The free plan has no booking cap: unlimited bookings, session types on one page, group events with seat counts, recurring series, custom booking questions, date overrides, daily booking caps, email reminders at times you choose, an embed widget, meeting polls, and per-session file sharing. See pricing for the Pro tier.
